 We do offer FREE delivery of products ordered through  (specified on the Product detail page).

  • If you wish to purchase multiple items and ship them to two or more different addresses, please place them as different orders.
  • Most orders are shipped within the 2 working days of order confirmation. We guarantee shipping in 7 business days or less from the payment date.
  • If you need your purchase to be delivered by a certain date, you must let us know as soon as you made the purchase so we place your order on higher priority.
  • We ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
  • Special Shipping Notes: The delivery date of your order depends on when order leaves the warehouse, shipping address and shipping method. If ordering multiple items, they may be shipped separately or from various locations. To track your order, please create an account prior to checkout to be eligible for Order Tracking. Upgrading shipping does not speed up the production time of products.
  • To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies. Unfortunately the crackers cannot ship through all the courier parities. Only few will accept the couries. If courier pary agrees to ship the crackers we happy to ship through them. In some cases an order's can be huge, upto 1KG of order, the order will be ship through reputed courier. In case of more than 1KG, the order will be ship through reputed lorry service's which is nearest to you city. The lorry service charges are absolutly free. Unfortunately most of lorry services will not have the home delivery options. the customer needs to take from lorry services. Still customer can opt for the courier service if customer ready to pay courier service's directly.
  • To Pay: Most of the lorry service having the To Pay option, The customer need to pay at deliver service point. Please Note theat Out side of Tamilnadu all parcel shipped with To Pay. The customer need to pay at the time of delivery.
  • Please note all items will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.
  • For Shipping Outside India: Availability of shipping methods is dependent on the destination country. The shipping costs, all import licenses, duties, tariffs, taxes and any other fees has to be paid by the customer directly to the party. we will take responsibility of export licensens and ship to the nearest port/Airport. Kindly find below our top ten shipping countries.

Cancellation Policy:
Sorry What happened? In order to get your order delivered to you soon, we start work on your orders on the same day. You can cancel your orders in case we didn't shipped your order. Normally we pack and ship the crackers with in same day. You are requested to immediately email us/contact us for the cancellation of order.

Your orders can also be cancelled if Vivid Crackers team finds your payments have not been received, Non receipt of Payment- In case the payment for the order is not made. Non availability of product. An email notification is sent to you when we cancel the order.


Return Policy:

We at VividCrackers slog it out  to provide the best possible experience while you shop with us online. In case if you not statisfied with our please conatact us via email or call us. Customer is first we will try to resolve your issue as soon as possible. We try to solve your issue all the possible way but still once the goods are delivered we will not accept any return & replacement request for any reason.

Can I change the product after I have placed an order?

Yes you can change your order before we sart printing. you can change the quantity, product, customization or any product configuration before our shipment process start. if shipment strted then change of the order is not possible. normally we start our shipment with in the same day of your order. 

How Can I change the product?

Please feel free to contact us for the product change if you deceide to change the product. Customer need to pay any extra price for the new product in case of any change in price.

Can I modify my order after placing it?

yes. You can make any changes to the design after placing the order before the shipment start. We understand that in cases, you may want to alter the quantity of a product or configuration of product in your placed order. You may even require having your shipping address updated. These changes are allowed till we have begun processing your order. For such requests, please get in touch with Customer Care immediately along with your order number.

When will I receive my refund for a cancelled order?
We shall process your refund in the form of vouchers which can be used next time when you make any purchase on our website. The voucher will be emailed to you immediately once your order has been cancelled. The refund voucher will be valid for next 6 months.

Why my order was undelivered and returned to warehouse?
Your order was undelivered and Returned to Origin due to any of the followig reasons- Non-Serviceable Location / Incomplete Address / Wrong Pin Code / Consignee not available / Army area. In this case, you will not receive any refund; however, we will re-ship your order customer need to pay shipping charge for second time shipping.

What if my order is undelivered?
If your product remains undelivered, you can register your complain with our Customer Support Team within 30 days from the Date of Shipment. However, if you fail to register a complaint within 30 days for the non-delivery of your order then will not be responsible for it and will not make any action on the particular order.

What if I paid twice for one transaction?
Please leave worry to us. The extra one transaction amount will be refunded within 15 to 20 working days via same source.
